Randstad Canada is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator for high-precision manufacturing in Brantford, ON. You will set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, or routers to produce tightly toleranced parts.

Responsibilities

• Setup & Operation: Prepare and run CNC equipment (lathes, mills, or routers) to manufacture parts adhering to tight tolerances.
• Cycle Management: Load raw materials safely and monitor automated production sequences from start to finish.
• Blueprint Reading: Translate technical schematics, engineering drawings, and work orders into accurate production specs.
• In-Process Quality Checks: Use precision measuring instruments to verify component accuracy.
• Routine Maintenance: Complete basic tooling adjustments, minor troubleshooting, and standard preventative care.
• Workplace Safety: Keep your workstation clean, organized, and fully compliant with shop health and safety standards.
