Job summary

Sitly is seeking a CNC Field Service Technician to install, diagnose, maintain, and repair Haas CNC machines across customer sites. The role involves travel within Eastern Canada, occasional trips to the USA for certification, and in-house training.

A strong technical background and customer focus are required. Applicants should have a technical diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical, solid English communication skills, and a valid driver’s license; willingness to travel is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical field support - machine tools, automation, or electromechanical controls (electric/electronics/pneumatics/hydraulics)
• Good written and verbal English communications
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel within Eastern Canada and occasionally to the USA for Haas certification

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, maintain and repair machines safely and professionally
• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on Haas CNC machines and verify operation
• Provide detailed service reports and documentation
• Travel to customer sites; occasional out-of-province trips and overnight stays
