Job summary

Zund America, Inc. in Oak Creek, Wisconsin is seeking a Field Service Technician II to install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on Zünd equipment at customer sites, with travel across Canada and occasional international trips.

Qualifications

• Technical school graduate or at least 2 years of field service experience in related equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service.
• Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on Zünd equipment at customer locations.
• Document service activities and machine data in the ERP system (Salesforce).
• Complete administrative tasks including time entry and expense reporting with minimal supervision.
• Independently resolve most mechanical or system-related issues.
• Complete at least 50% of assigned e-learning and training.
• Coordinate pre-site requirements and logistics with customers.
