Job summary

Fit4Less in London, Ontario is seeking an entry-level team member to maintain club cleanliness and safety for members and staff. You will complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks, engage with members on the workout floor, and help educate guests about memberships and amenities.

With WHMIS, First Aid and CPR-A/AED certifications, you will contribute to a courteous workplace and support the manager with service escalations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or working toward completion.
• 1 year teamwork and/or volunteer experience
• Verbal communication skills
• Written communication skills
• WHMIS
• First Aid CPR-A & AED Certification
• Puts a lot of effort into their activities.
• Remains calm under pressure and can handle stress.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleanliness tasks to ensure safety for all club users.
• Cleans and tidies to the specified cleanliness standards.
• Provides friendly customer interaction on the workout floor while completing tasks.
• Contributes to the everybody cleans mindset.
• Completes daily, weekly and monthly cleanliness tasks and training; reports deficiencies.
