Job summary

Fit4Less is hiring for a Host to deliver friendly customer service and maintain gym cleanliness. The role involves interacting with members on the workout floor, performing daily cleaning tasks, and assisting with membership information and processes.

A positive, courteous attitude and reliability are essential. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma (or working toward it), basic WHMIS and first aid certifications, and can handle busy club environments with calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, or working toward completion.
• 1 year teamwork and/or volunteer experience.
• Verbal communication skills.
• Written communication skills.
• WHMIS
• First Aid, CPR-A & AED Certification.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and tidies to cleanliness standards and expectations.
• Provides friendly customer interaction while cleaning on the workout floor.
• Completes and reads daily, weekly and monthly cleanliness tasks and training.
• Informs and reports deficiencies using standard guideline expectations.
• Sells and suggests memberships and provides assistance for membership management.
• Welcomes members warmly in the club with hi, bye and thank you.
• Helps members with memberships and processes, including automated options.
