Reporting to the Manager, Systems and Service Management, the incumbent provides technical leadership and expertise for the operation and support of the corporate cloud-based (Azure) infrastructure and applications. The primary focus is to monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance corporate cloud compute endpoints and applications crucial to daily operations. Secondary activities include handling operational requests such as user account management, system access, security alerts, and incident resolution across global employees. The role also involves mentoring the helpdesk team and assisting with end-user documentation.
