Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Cloud Support Strategy Lead in Waterloo, Ontario, to shape the end-to-end service model and user experience for Google Cloud Support. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Partners to drive strategic initiatives at scale and deliver executive-ready insights.

The role sits within the Strategy, Systems, and Intelligence (SSI) team and reports to the SSPI leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in business strategy and service design.
• Experience working with executives on strategy and growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate the end-to-end service model and customer experience beyond the product interface.
• Conduct customer pain point research and define launch criteria for new features.
• Co-design the support journey within the product, including integrations and system optimization.
• Engage cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Partner teams to ensure alignment.
• Provide executive counsel to Director and VP-level stakeholders on business strategy.
• Lead commercial modelling, service design, and portfolio management initiatives for a global organization.
• Synthesize financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for executives.
