Job summary

BrainRidge Consulting is seeking a hands-on TypeScript/Node.js Developer to design, build, and support cloud-native backend services for financial services clients. You will own secure, scalable APIs and microservices running in the cloud, collaborating with architects, front-end developers, QA, and DevOps teams.

Responsibilities include building RESTful/GraphQL APIs, serverless solutions on AWS, implementing tests with Jest, and driving CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• At least 3 years building backend services in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript and API design.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using TypeScript and Node.js.
• Build cloud-native and serverless solutions on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, DynamoDB, S3, SQS/SNS).
• Develop event-driven and microservice architectures that are secure, resilient, and scalable.
