The Contingent Labour Office’s (CLO) mandate is to partner with the business to enable an expedited and customer-centric approach to engaging external resources, while balancing the commercial needs of the business with risk mitigation for the firm. This is achieved by:
Location: Anywhere in Canada (virtual work opportunity; 1-2 days in office per month may be required).
Reporting to the Leader of the Contract Labour Office (CLO), the Contract Manager will manage processes and resolve challenges related to external resources across Canada, handling over 1000 external resources annually. Responsibilities include:
Including case management, continuous improvement projects, inquiries, reporting, client relationship management, education, and mentorship.
This role requires fluency in English for effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
