Responsibilities

• Work directly with clinical, operational, and business stakeholders to understand business needs and current-state workflows.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and process reviews.
• Document business, functional, and system requirements.
• Analyze current-state and future-state processes.
• Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, business requirements, and related documentation.
• Identify business, process, system, and capability gaps.
• Translate clinical and operational requirements into actionable technology requirements.
• Validate requirements with stakeholders and obtain appropriate approvals.
• Analyze healthcare workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Work with clinical stakeholders to understand the impact of proposed technology changes.
• Assess workflow dependencies, operational impacts, and implementation considerations.
• Support the design and implementation of solutions that improve healthcare delivery and information management.
• Support the implementation of healthcare information systems and software solutions.
• Participate in solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
• Work with technical teams, vendors, clinical users, and project stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Identify and document issues, risks, dependencies, and requirements.
• Lead and coordinate software testing activities.
• Develop test strategies, test plans, testing estimates, test scenarios, and test cases.
• Coordinate testing with business and clinical stakeholders.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing as appropriate.
• Document test results, defects, issues, and resolutions.
• Support defect triage and resolution activities.
• Validate that implemented solutions meet approved business and clinical requirements.
• Support change management and organizational readiness activities.
