Job summary

Altasciences in Canada (Laval, QC) seeks a Project Coordinator to support end-to-end clinical trial execution. You will coordinate study activities, manage timelines, and escalate issues in collaboration with the PM, sponsors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

You will maintain trial master file records, support GxP compliance, and assist with training and risk tracking. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Education or higher.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, OneDrive, OneNote, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and industry-specific manuals.
• Ability to write advanced reports and correspondence.
• Effective public speaking and presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well developed interpersonal skills are required.
• Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Continuously improves processes and supports change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and evaluate project timelines with the PM.
• Coordinate study-related issues with urgency assessment.
• Maintain effective communication with sponsors, sites, vendors, and study team members.
• Prepare and document internal and external project team meetings.
• Support development and maintenance of project documents and plans.
• Coordinate Trial Master File documentation for inspection readiness.
• Coordinate with QA and project team for GxP/regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate start-up activities with vendors and external sites.
• Support submissions to IRBs and regulatory agencies.
• Contribute to Lessons Learned and process improvements.
• Maintain risk trackers and risk registers.
• Coordinate training documentation and escalate delays when needed.
