Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research is expanding its clinical partnerships team and seeks a driven professional with inside sales and business development experience in pharma/CRO environments. You will identify, qualify, and pursue sponsor and CRO opportunities to expand Alcanza’s network of sites.

In this role, you will collaborate with the BD team, manage engagements with sponsors, and maintain accurate lead data across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of business development or sales experience.
• Must have inside sales and/or business development experience with pharmaceutical and/or medical device companies and/or CRO, clinical trial site, or network.
• Familiarity with pharma marketplace platforms (e.g., Zymewire, GlobalData) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify clinical trial study opportunities with sponsors/CROs.
• Promote Alcanza’s capabilities to sponsors and CROs to grow site network.
• Collaborate with BD team to analyze opportunities and develop accounts.
• Manage inquiries from prospects and coordinate with Directors of Business Development.
• Participate in industry conferences and develop sponsor/CRO relationships.
• Maintain up-to-date data in Devana for leads and opportunities.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner.
