Alcanza Clinical Research is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support multiple study sites. You will work under Site Management and Principal Investigators to ensure GCP, ICH, and HIPAA compliance and accurate data capture.
Responsibilities include patient screening, consent, visits, data entry in EDC, vital signs, ECGs, and timely SAE/Deviation reporting. Strong organizational skills and integrity are essential.

Under the direction of the Site Manager/Director and the Principal/Sub Investigators, the Clinical Research Coordinator conducts the following according to the study protocol, company processes & procedures, and in compliance with FDA, GCP, and ICH regulations and guidelines. The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) works to ensure the execution of assigned studies in compliance with GCP, ICH, HIPAA, FDA Regulations, and SOPs.
In collaboration with other members of the clinical research site team works to ensure the execution of assigned studies. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
A Medical Assistant diploma, LPN/LVN, EMT credential OR Associate’s degree AND a minimum of 5 years of clinical research or clinical experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. 3+ years’ experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator is required. Proficiency with performing basic clinical procedures such as (blood pressure, vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy, etc.) is highly preferred. Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) proficiency is a plus. BLS certified/preferred.
