Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking Clinical Technologists to support Canadore students during placements on-site at Eastholme, Home for the Aged & Cassellholme. Temporary part-time role with up to 24 hours per week, from June 15 to July 3, 2026.

The position requires active RN/RPN registration or eligibility with the Ontario College of Nurses, plus at least two years of LTC experience and current BCLS certification. You will collaborate with faculty to supervise students and ensure quality client care.

Qualifications

• Current RN/RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario or eligible for registration.
• Minimum two years of recent clinical experience in Long Term Care.
• Current BCLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Work effectively with faculty to provide an optimal learning experience for students.
• Supervise and monitor students using college policies to provide ongoing client care.
• Make accurate observations and provide feedback on students' nursing process applications.
• Adjust assignments and plans to accommodate changing client conditions and support students.
