Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking Clinical Technologists to support Canadore students during placements on-site at Eastholme, Home for the Aged & Cassellholme. Temporary part-time role with up to 24 hours per week, from June 15 to July 3, 2026.

The position requires active RN/RPN registration or eligibility with the Ontario College of Nurses, plus at least two years of LTC experience and current BCLS certification. You will collaborate with faculty to supervise students and ensure quality client care.

Qualifications

• Current RN/RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario or eligible for registration.
• Minimum two years of recent clinical experience in Long Term Care.
• Current BCLS certification is required.

Hours Per Week: Up to 24 hours

Pay Rate: $35.45/hour + 6% vacation pay

Clinical Technologists provide support to Canadore students during the placement portion of their program on-site at the partner location.

We require Technologist for the following locations:

• Eastholme (2)
• Cassellholme (2)

Qualifications:

• Current certificate of registration (RN or RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario or eligible for registration is required
• Minimum of two years of recent clinical experience in Long Term Care
• Current BCLS certification is required

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Use applicable educational guidelines and the policies and procedures of the college and the clinical agency to supervise and monitor students as they provide ongoing client care
