Join the Kardium team and help make a difference in the lives of millions. We have developed a groundbreaking medical device for diagnosing and treating atrial fibrillation, a common heart rhythm disorder that can lead to stroke, heart failure, and other complications.

Kardium’s mission is to deliver the best treatment for atrial fibrillation. Our Globe Pulsed Field System is distinguished by its strong, unique features and customer-valued differentiators. We have established connections with key opinion leaders who are actively using our system and helping to tell our story.

Having completed our pivotal clinical study, we are now focusing on regulatory approvals and the commercial launch of our product. This is a significant milestone in our journey to bring this innovative technology to patients.

We are seeking a Clinical Supply Project Manager

We need a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to support planning, coordination, and execution of operational activities related to clinical supply management. Responsibilities include managing investigational product processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement based in Burnaby, BC.

Meaningful work you will be a part of

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Owning and training new users in the Investigational Product Management Process.
  2. Managing continuous improvement of current processes.
  3. Maintaining accurate Investigational Product records.
  4. Escalating issues related to the timeliness and quality of Investigational Product delivery to stakeholders promptly.
  5. Monitoring key trial metrics (e.g., study start-up and activation details) to support site start-up requirements.
  6. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure equipment availability for clinical trials.
  7. Communicating equipment status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  8. Managing equipment configurations in compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  9. Supporting the development of process-related documentation for Investigational Product management.
  10. Assisting the operations team with other duties as assigned.
What you bring to the team

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant Life Sciences field
  • At least 2 years of project management experience
  • At least 5 years of experience working in engineering or life sciences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet
  • Knowledge of clinical operational practices and workflows (asset)
  • Experience with medical devices or regulated industries (a plus)
  • Strong organizational, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a total cash compensation range of CAD 90,000 – 105,000, which includes base salary and a 5% RRSP contribution. Compensation will be adjusted based on experience and qualifications.
