Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field and seven years of management experience.
• Current registration with professional licensing body.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise front-line clinical staff and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership to a front-line clinical patient care department.
• Supervise unit staff and coordinate with physicians, nursing staff, and other departments.
• Foster interdisciplinary participation in patient care activities and coach staff.
