Qualifikationen

• Basic Life Support Certification (AHA or ARC) required, must complete credentialing within 90 days of hire.

Aufgaben

• Performs rooming and/or intake, collects vitals and visit data.
• Collects patient history and current medications, allergies, and preferred pharmacy.
• Assists provider during treatments and procedures; collects specimens; performs phlebotomy; administers medications under supervision.
• Performs tests (e.g., EKG, eye exams) as directed and reviews records for routine screenings.
• Maintains exam/treatment rooms with supplies and prepares materials for visits.
• Provides patient with post-visit instructions and educational materials.
• Assists with patient registration, check-in/out, scheduling, and coordinating tests/treatments.
