You will administer immunizations, collect specimens, and support clinic operations including documentation in the EMR and coordination with providers and staff to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated proficiency within 90 days across core clinical competencies.
• Strong documentation and reliability in workflows.
• Openness to coaching and feedback; commitment to skill development.
• CPR certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical intake measurements and document accurately in the EMR.
• Administer immunizations under provider direction and document in the EMR.
• Collect patient specimens following established protocols.
• Follow policies and procedures to support patient safety and clinic flow.
• Utilize EMR to complete tasks accurately and timely.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers and team members.
• Float within the clinic to support business continuity.
• Assist in psychiatric clinics: liaison with rural staff and scheduling concerns.
• Support accreditation initiatives such as Patient Centered Medical Home.
