Position Details:

  • Medicine Services

  • St. Joseph's Hospital - London, ON

  • Temporary Full Time

  • Salary Range: $63.76 - $75.00 /hour

  • Employment duration: until May 29, 2026, with potential extension

Role Overview:

An exciting opportunity to lead teams through change, develop strategies, and ensure accessible, high-quality care aligned with St. Joseph's strategic plan. The Clinical Manager will support building regional coalitions, focus on patient-centered care, and collaborate with leadership to manage programs like the Chronic Pain Program and Rheumatology Clinic.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing human resources and budgets
  • Leading quality improvement initiatives
  • Ensuring continuous quality enhancement aligned with organizational goals

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
  • Regulated Health Professional in good standing
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to lead change and manage projects effectively
  • Knowledge of quality improvement and financial management
  • Experience collaborating with hospital and community partners
  • Understanding of health care safety culture and OHSA supervision
  • Leadership capabilities including self-leadership, engagement, results achievement, coalition development, and system transformation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in French (asset)
  • Master's degree in Business or Health Administration

Additional Information:

  • Engagement in teaching and research activities through affiliations with Western University and Fanshawe College
  • Immunization against measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, Hepatitis B, COVID-19, influenza, and TB testing are required
