Job Title: Bilingual Clinical Coordinator

Calian Patient Support Programs is seeking a full-time Bilingual Clinical Coordinator. The CC assists patients prescribed specific medications by their physicians, organizing and scheduling services offered by the patient support program while ensuring high-quality customer service.

This is an excellent entry-level, remote opportunity to support a global pharmaceutical company focused on innovative medicines. This contractual position runs from June 2025 to January 2027. Accountabilities
  1. Perform detailed reviews of multiple data files from External Service Providers for selected Patient Support Programs (PSP).
  2. Identify potential Adverse Events (AEs) within data files.
  3. Prepare AE reports for each identified AE.
  4. Review report quality meticulously and submit AE reports to local DS&E.
  5. Reconcile case numbers provided by DS&E.
  6. Track all AE reports with corresponding case numbers for quarterly reconciliation by PSP.
  7. Ensure compliance with global and local procedures, regulations, standards, and guidelines related to pharmacovigilance.
  8. Support ongoing projects within the Health Management team.
  9. Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent.
  • Intermediate bilingual proficiency in English and French, both written and oral.
Working Conditions and Job Requirements
  • Mobility to work in an office environment and operate standard office equipment.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Maintain mental stamina to focus despite interruptions; good vision for reading printed materials and screens.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%, including weekends or overnight stays, and work extended hours as needed.
