The O'Neill Centre Long Term Care in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a Clinical Informatics Manager/RAI Coordinator who must be an RPN. The role oversees informatics for resident care, interRAI LTCF processes, and CIHI reporting to improve quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• The qualifications emphasize strong written and oral communication.
• Knowledge of interRAI LTCF and AIS certification as RAI Educator is preferred.
• Experience in adult education strategies and staff facilitation is expected.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience in a long-term care setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Continuous Quality Improvement and interRAI LTCF processes.
• Coordinate staff education and software training for interRAI LTCF and related reports.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives, CIHI data submissions, and risk management.
• Mentor Nursing Restorative Therapists and orient new staff to care philosophy.
• Ensure data integrity, timely assessments, and staff compliance with standards.
