Mariner Co is seeking a Clinical Informatics Analyst to join the Innovations team for client-based projects. You will collaborate with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, technical experts, and vendors to deliver best-in-class solutions for new and existing customers.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in clinical informatics with 1–2 years of experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to translate complex clinical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within the province.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document workflows for clinical processes.
• Support design, configuration, testing, and implementation of the CIS.
• Analyze and improve clinical and business processes; lead change management.
• Act as SME to support patient care processes and CIS configurations.
• Champion evidence-based practices and use of health information to improve care.
• Provide end-user training and develop training materials and modules.
• Develop and deliver project communications using PM, QA, and change mgmt methods.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health informatics trends and standards.
