Job summary

Mariner invites a Senior Project Manager to lead healthcare projects focused on Clinical Information Systems, EMR/EHR, and digital health applications. You will champion cross-functional collaboration with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, ensuring delivery within scope and budget, while navigating regulatory requirements and industry standards.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping project plans, risk strategies, and change management, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a healthcare/administration field.
5+ years as a Project Manager in healthcare with CIS/EMR/EHR experience.
Strong knowledge of PM methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage healthcare projects from initiation to delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to define objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Develop detailed plans, timelines, and budgets and monitor progress and risks.
Coordinate resources including internal teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure success.
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain project documentation and change requests.
