Job summary

Qualifications

• College Certificate or Diploma in Medical Office Administration is preferred.
• Microsoft Office, ERP & Google systems proficiency with strong data entry and selling skills is required.
• 1–2 years of general office practice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support in the storefront area for CPAP therapy at the branch.
• Maintain and protect client records, process deposits, and manage daily filing and data entry.
• Assist with clinic and branch operations, including scheduling, appointment booking, and customer service.
• Support supervisors and healthcare staff with document preparation, invoicing, and inventory upkeep.
• Ensure confidentiality and infection control as part of branch safety measures.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience through friendly service and product information.
