GardaWorld is seeking a Clinic Security Guard in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The role focuses on customer service while safeguarding people and property. The candidate will manage visitor verification, access control, and routine patrols to identify risks.

Responsibilities include incident response, first aid coordination, and clear communication with clients and teams. GardaWorld offers education through GardaWorld Academy and uniform provision, with permanent Mon-Fri shifts.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in Canada.
• Valid Manitoba security license required.
• First aid certification is an asset.
• Proficient with phone & computer tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication; French an asset.
• Security industry experience is an asset.
• Good with technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide visitors; verify identity.
• Control access at entry/exit points with available equipment.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks.
• Respond to incidents; provide first aid and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.

Responsibilities for Clinic Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Maintain a safe and Secure environment
• Respond to calls from client
• Remove unwanted persons from the property
• CCTV monitoring

Qualifications for Clinic Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Manitoba security license
• First aid certification an asset
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills ( French an Asset)
• Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
• Be good with Technology
