Job summary

ParaMed Home Health Care in Guelph is seeking a Clinic Nurse (RN) to provide in-home and community care with scheduled visits across a range of patients and settings.

The role emphasizes autonomy, a collaborative team environment, and a strong focus on building lasting relationships with patients while delivering high‑quality care in their homes. You will travel within the designated area as required and participate in after‑hours on‑call coverage.

Qualifications

• Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
• Experience in delivering community care is an asset.
• Reliability and flexibility in scheduling and travel.
• Willingness to travel to patient residences within a designated area.
• On-call coverage, including after hours for patient safety.

This is a replacement vacancy.

In this role, as a Clinic Nurse (RN) you will have scheduled appointments to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.

Shifts are from 8am to 8pm on weekdays and alternating weekends at our Guelph clinic.
