Job summary

ParaMed Inc. is seeking a Clinic Nurse (RN) to provide in-home patient care across a range of settings in Guelph. You will handle scheduled appointments, assess needs, and develop care plans to keep patients comfortable at home.

Shifts run 8am–8pm on weekdays with alternating weekends, and require travel to patient residences within the service area. You must be a registered RN with the CNO, hold a valid driver's license, and demonstrate reliability and flexibility.

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to travel to patient residences within a designated area.
• Reliability and flexibility; on-call coverage after hours to ensure patient safety.

This is a replacement vacancy. In this role, as a Clinic Nurse (RN) you will have scheduled appointments to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible. Shifts are from 8am to 8pm on weekdays and alternating weekends at our Guelph clinic.
