• Provide personalized client interactions and communicate needs to the team.
• Schedule clients based on Care Plans and clinician guidance.
• Maximize client access to care, including online booking.
• Educate clients on digital tools and portals.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
• Facilitate smooth clinic operations.
