Axis Therapy & Performance is hiring a client care coordinator to deliver exceptional front desk service and seamless clinic operations in the Greater Toronto Area. You will support therapists, manage bookings, and maintain a welcoming patient experience daily.

We seek a team player with 1+ years in customer service or hospitality, able to work 2 shifts per week (days/evenings/weekends), and ready to contribute to a positive culture with growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Ability to work days, evenings and/or weekend hours.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week (~10 hours).

Aufgaben

• Promote the clinic culture and Axis values to deliver the Axis Experience to clients.
• Support therapists with daily needs to ensure smooth workflows.
• Manage bookings, arrivals, cancellations, no-shows and waitlists.
• Capture referral notes accurately for new clients.
• Ensure billing, invoicing and claims are submitted correctly.
• Maintain clinic organization and cleanliness to Axis standards.
• Follow up on outstanding payments with RC as needed.
• Communicate effectively with CCs, therapists and leadership.
