POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Client Support Coordinator, you will deliver outstanding customer service to BDC clients by meeting their individual needs. You will perform office activities efficiently, demonstrate team spirit, and provide administrative support to your team members. You will be responsible for providing high-quality client service to the BDC Financing team, resolving core issues, managing relevant documents, obtaining signatures, and following up with clients. Additionally, you will perform various administrative tasks and support the team in the area.

CHALLENGES TO BE MET
  • Provide excellent client service by resolving basic questions and informing senior staff of complex cases
  • Respond promptly, accurately, and professionally to clients, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Prepare letters and proposals for clients and professionals, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and follow-up
  • Participate in marketing efforts by organizing events, campaigns, and activities, and providing logistical support
  • Work collaboratively with support functions and complete administrative tasks efficiently
  • Support account managers in reaching business development targets
  • Manage stationery orders, organize catering, and ensure smooth operation of the business center, including welcoming visitors and managing postal needs
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or college diploma in accounting
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements (asset)
  • Client service orientation, initiative, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Teamwork, creativity, flexibility, and collaborative spirit
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills in French and English
