About the Role

The Client Support Assistant - Recruiting is an integral part of Latham’s Business Services Recruiting team. This role will be responsible for executing a wide array of transactional recruiting requests, while providing direct, high-touch support to candidates post-offer, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any queries or concerns. This role will be located in our London office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating and monitoring the UK post-offer process, as well as supporting the US offer and post-offer process, ensuring execution, adherence to region-specific protocols, and timely completion of all offer and post-offer related tasks
  • Completing recruiting requests, including but not limited to creating job postings, setting up on-demand video interviews, and sending posting links to clients via the case management system, ServiceNow
  • Ensuring recruiting requests are completed from an open to closed status, meeting all deadlines, promptly actioning requests, clearly understanding client requests, providing timely updates, and accurately executing requests via the case management system, ServiceNow
  • Responding to all Business Services Recruiting (BSR) requests, prioritizing requests accordingly, and escalating complex queries appropriately within the Transactions team and/or the BSR Operations vertical
  • Assisting with all phases of the global recruiting process, including managing correspondence with candidates, clients, and BSR team members
  • Compiling recruiting data and generating comprehensive reports from our applicant tracking system and case management system
  • Collaborating with the BSR team and other departments to assist with ad hoc tasks and completing special projects

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to effectively address and resolve issues that may arise during the completion of recruiting tasks
  • Possess high attention to detail
  • Exhibit the ability to work in a team environment with a customer-service focus
  • Display the organizational skills needed to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines

And have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably
  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Experience in operations or recruitment, preferably
  • Familiarity with shared services platforms and applicant tracking systems, preferably
