Job summary

CDI Spaces is seeking a Client Account Coordinator to deliver outstanding customer service, manage quotes, orders, and product delivery, and ensure clear communication with clients and the purchasing team.

In this role, you will monitor quote requests, verify availability, respond promptly to emails, and keep clients informed of timelines. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar profile.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in customer service, account management, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process quote requests, ensuring all information is provided.
• Prepare and send accurate quotes based on client requests.
• Verify missing details for approved orders and respond to emails within the day.
• Confirm product availability before finalizing quotes and manage signoffs.
• Track order progress and communicate delivery timelines to clients.
• Analyze client feedback to identify improvements and collaborate with teams to implement them.
