Lynden International Logistics ULC is seeking an Account Service Representative at our Guelph, ON location. You will handle customer orders, manage EDI transactions, and coordinate with AR on credit releases, while maintaining strong client communications.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the computer system.
• Oversee EDI transactions for clients and customers.
• Enforce client minimum order quantity guidelines and increments.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable for credit releases on holds.
• Maintain knowledge of client promotions and inform customers accordingly.
• Communicate terms and pay terms by client.
• Handle inquiries, problems, and complaints from customers.
• Provide back order updates to clients at order placement.
• Process returns with authorization and issue credits as required.
• Maintain inventory records and forward to clients.
• Process carrier claims for damages or loss in transit.
