Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Customer Service experience preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills; Microsoft Office Suite required.

• Ability to work in a team and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer transactions (orders, pre-orders, quotes) into the ERP system accurately.
• Generate customer invoices and POs, ensuring CFIA-related requirements for U.S. shipments.
• Maintain accurate and current customer files and records.
• Coordinate with Hendriks Logistics to ensure timely and cost-efficient PO shipments.
• Track shipments and communicate delivery schedules with customers and internal teams.
• Assist with sample preparation, event setups, and showroom activities.
