Our Private Client Solutions team is growing! As the Client Solutions Manager reporting to the Vice President of Private Client Solutions, you will be working directly with clients in delivering the world-class customer service Gallagher is so well known for. You will effectively be handling a Private Client book of business, guiding and advising clients through their policy renewal cycle, handling policy changes, cross-border services, or resolving billing issues.
Work Environment Hybrid (Agile) – We at Gallagher enjoy the benefits of working remotely while also collaborating and interacting with each other in the office. This position can be based out of Gallagher's office locations in Mississauga, Markham, or Downtown Toronto!
