Job summary

CC&L Financial Group in Toronto seeks a Client Relationship Analyst to support institutional client relationships across the full client life cycle. You will partner with Client Relationship Managers, help execute strategic goals, and collaborate on service plans to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in economics or finance (or related field).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Relationship Managers on client relationship duties.
• Support development and execution of the Client Solutions team’s goals.
• Collaborate on service plans and client engagement from start to finish.
• Collect, evaluate and analyze data related to clients and investment strategies.
• Work with support teams to improve systems, processes and communications.
