About the Role:
Enhances the efficiency and delivery of services to clients by planning, scheduling, and coordinating the marketing and sales support functions for a team. Handles work related to CBRE's general business operations, interprets and implements departmental policies and procedures, and develops new procedures aligned with corporate objectives. Assists in managing business affairs for the Sales and Marketing departments.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, coordinate, schedule, and lead all activities of the Sales team support members.
- Improve sales team efficiency through review, evaluation, and implementation of effective business processes.
- Coordinate tracking of office transactions (listings, sales/leases, expenses, client reimbursements, etc.).
- Work with clients on property tours, resolve issues, and handle inquiries.
- Consult with Sales Professionals and recommend marketing practices.
- Coordinate the production of direct marketing campaigns, including property information materials.
- Ensure team members compile data and coordinate marketing materials.
- Assist with recruitment, promotion, corrective actions, and termination of employees.
- Provide input for staff performance reviews.
- Mentor and coach junior sales team members for development.
- Provide informal technical mentorship and training to colleagues.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to team members.
- Set project calendar timelines independently.
- Guide team members through application of basic practices and procedures.
- Resolve problems by identifying appropriate solutions to meet team objectives.
- Contribute directly to team and related team objectives.
- Ensure personal and team outcomes positively impact customer objectives.
