Broadstreet Properties Ltd. seeks a Turnover & Commissioning Supervisor to lead the Regional Turnover and Commissioning teams during the commissioning and turnover phases of our new apartment buildings in the Edmonton area.
You will collaborate with Manitoba Region and Head Office staff and third‑party trades to resolve risks and issues through clear communication and proactive problem solving.

As the Turnover & Commissioning Supervisor you will be responsible for directing the Regional Turnover and Commissioning teams during the commissioning and turnover phases of our new apartment buildings. These phases allow our construction side, Seymour Pacific Developments, to turn over the sites to our operations side, Broadstreet Properties, for occupancy. The role will work closely with Manitoba Region and Head Office staff and third-party trades to resolve risks and issues through effective communication and problem solving.

You will be eligible to receive wages starting from $68,000 to $85,000 per annum*, this will be determined by your skill set, education and experience.
