Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follow up on lending inquiries, applications, and warm leads, making approximately 20 to 50+ outbound calls daily.
• Assess customer needs, recommend suitable lending solutions, and identify opportunities to offer additional products and services.
• Meet with customers in branch, building trusted relationships throughout the lending process.
• Conduct collections conversations with customers who have missed payments, approaching financial challenges with empathy and professionalism.
• Work collaboratively with customers to explore reasonable repayment options while balancing customer needs and business objectives.
• Contribute to individual and branch sales targets while maintaining compliance with financial industry regulations and internal policies.
