Job summary

Altis Technology in Bathurst, NB is seeking a bilingual Client Services Advisor to join our financial services team. You will manage incoming loan applications and warm leads, guiding customers through the lending process while delivering exceptional service.

This on-site role offers competitive hourly pay, uncapped monthly commissions, health benefits and opportunities to advance into branch leadership as you build relationships and grow with the branch.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consultative sales or a similar client-facing role, with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong English and French communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience in banking, lending or financial services is preferred, particularly selling or upselling financial products.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A curious, customer-focused approach with the ability to identify needs and recommend solutions.
• Comfort handling collections conversations and sensitive financial situations.
• Leadership potential, adaptability and motivation to grow professionally.

Responsibilities
