Job summary

Vernon Veterinary Clinic, part of National Veterinary Associates, is seeking a full-time client service representative/receptionist to join our team. You will welcome clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and help with clinic operations in a friendly, efficient manner.

The role requires experience in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team. Hourly pay ranges from $19 to $20, with a clinic discount and a welcoming, inclusive workplace.

• Invoicing/billing; create estimates and process payments.
• File documents electronically.
