The Client Services Officer supports the day-to-day operations of the sample receiving area. This role is responsible for coordinating the receipt and shipment of samples, maintaining accurate data entry, and providing client support to ensure accurate and timely testing services. The Client Services Officer serves as the primary point of contact for sample intake and client inquiries, helping to ensure smooth laboratory operations and exceptional customer service.
The chosen candidate will also be required to provide an original Criminal Record Check that is satisfactory to SRC prior to the commencement of any employment duties. The Criminal Record Check must have been executed within the preceding 30 days of receipt.
