Additional Notes: Successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle. Willingness to drive throughout regions of Woodbridge, Bradford, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Markham, North York.

Purpose of the Role

The Client Services Coordinator provides administrative support to the Client Services leadership team, specifically to Supervisors, to ensure the Patient Service Centers operate efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing Operations review audits (PWT playbook/RCIP/customer service).
  • Conducting Operations Reviews and supporting related processes.
  • Performing routine NCE investigations and follow-up.
  • Reviewing and signing off on Quality checklists/logs.
  • Preparing competency assessments and accuracy audits, documenting employee observations.
  • Conducting general audits for first aid, EHS, quality, and others as required.
  • Performing weekly simple NCE investigations; escalating complex cases to supervisors.
  • Preparing for annual internal quality assessments (DAP/IQMH).
  • Ensuring Quality Maintenance review and sign-off.
  • Preparing new hire documentation as needed.
  • Preparing controlled documents for audits.
  • Handling minor work orders, Hamster orders, and monitoring Kanban materials.
  • Maintaining annual Building Inspection records.
  • Attending weekly Tier-2 meetings.
  • Onboarding new hires and providing compliance training; ensuring SOP compliance and sign-off.
  • Revising SOP training for new processes and procedures.
  • Assigning Medialab/MY DEV and maintaining records.
  • Maintaining training matrix.
  • Coordinating EHS audits, FIT testing, and TDG.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.
What you bring to the role:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of recent related experience, preferably in a medical laboratory setting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Positive customer relation skills.
  • Highly organized.
