About the Position:

The Client Service Specialist is a full-time, mid-to-senior level position. The successful candidate will work directly with the team leader and team members from their home office. You should be self-motivated, able to work effectively and efficiently from a home office, with a positive attitude and professional communication skills.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working remotely while being part of a dynamic, fast-paced team. If you are task & detail-oriented, resourceful, curious, and enjoy providing exemplary customer service, we want to hear from you!

We are a 100% remote company. Preference will be given to candidates in Saskatchewan, as occasional in-person duties may be required. Candidates must have their own Windows-based computer with Microsoft Office, a webcam, microphone, printer, scanner, cell phone, and office supplies.

Qualifications:

- Real Estate Experience (beneficial but not mandatory)

- Knowledge of farming is preferred

- Intermediate computer skills, including Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat Pro

Responsibilities:

  • Answering client inquiries, requiring research and problem-solving
  • Preparing and proofreading correspondence, legal forms, and documents
  • Tracking and reporting property information, statistics, income, expenses, and activities
  • Maintaining professionalism and attention to detail in communication
  • Marketing activities such as social media and classified ads
  • Coordinating with vendors like photographers, videographers, lawyers, and lenders
