Your Mission

As a Client Service Manager II, your mission is to elevate the customer experience by supporting our pharmacy clients. You will serve as the primary contact for pharmacy professionals, ensuring they effectively utilize their Kroll and pharmacy technology solutions. Your understanding of pharmacy operations and ability to implement innovative solutions will drive service excellence, enhance patient care, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client engagements by understanding their needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure clients fully leverage Kroll and other pharmacy management solutions through best practices and innovation.
  • Deliver outstanding service, fostering positive customer experiences.
  • Gather and share customer insights for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve pharmacy operations, safety, and compliance.
  • Support pharmacy teams to maximize workflow efficiency.

Qualifications
