Role Overview

As a Business Analyst II, you will be part of TELUS Health’s Payor and Provider Solutions team, focusing on Pharmacy Customer Support. You should be a motivated self-starter with expertise in Kroll and excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across teams and with clients to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve daily inquiries from pharmacy customers and support teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective issue resolution and high-quality customer service.
• Participate in client meetings, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
• Support pharmacy business operations through proficiency in Pharmacy Management Solutions (PMS), configurations, and pricing.
• Stay updated on product enhancements and legislative changes affecting pharmacies.
• Document and manage tasks/projects using tools like Salesforce and Google Documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Identify opportunities to improve documentation for first call resolution.
• Deliver high-quality work that meets SLAs and maintains high client satisfaction.
