SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE AND FUNCTION
The Client Service Coordinator ("CSC") manages the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizes the productivity of the veterinary team, ensures effective communication with associates and clients, and coordinates care in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner. The goal is to encourage client retention and referrals.
