CACEIS is seeking a Client Relationship Manager in Montreal to manage a portfolio of clients, coordinate reviews, and ensure high-quality service delivery. You will monitor client needs, identify opportunities for new services, and maintain strong relationships across the group.

The role requires attending board meetings, coordinating with multiple departments, and keeping up-to-date on funds regulations. French is a plus; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Competenze

• Experience of attending, presenting and leading board/client meetings.
• French language ability is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills with a track record of dealing with clients, industry associations and senior management.
• Risk management and mitigation focus across client work.
• Working knowledge of fund accounting, transfer agency, custody, trustee or financial reporting.
• Knowledge of current regulatory developments affecting the funds industry.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Mansioni

• Manage a portfolio of clients for the Branch and Company.
• Liaise with clients and organize regular review meetings/calls.
• Resolve queries and ensure timely completion.
• Identify client needs and potential services/CACEIS improvements.
• Attend client board meetings and coordinate cross-department attendance.
• Keep clients informed about CACEIS products and services.
• Update management on client issues.
• Assist clients to launch new funds or services.
• Ensure all documentation is complete for each client.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve outstanding issues and advise clients.
