Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. in Montreal seeks an organized, proactive individual to join our growing Wealth Management team. You will work closely with Investment Advisors to manage client relationships, process transactions, and ensure accurate account maintenance.

The ideal candidate is client-focused, eager to learn, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. Prior licensing or CIRO familiarity is preferred.

Mansioni

• Work directly with Investment Advisors focusing on client relationships and building a wealth management business.
• Assist Investment Advisors with processing and confirming client transactions.
• Deal directly with clients, provide quotes and execute trading orders.
• Maintain account lists and compile statistical information and reports.
• Process and follow-up on client documentation for proper account maintenance.
• Assist in delivering an exceptional client experience through timely and professional service.
• Support marketing initiatives and other projects contributing to practice growth.
• Perform additional administrative duties as required.
